Our Panels
Panels
If a solicitor firm is on a panel of lender, it means that they are able to represent that lender in purchase and re-mortgage transactions. This means that a solicitor firm can only act on your behalf if they are on the panel of your mortgage provider. A solicitor firm is not required to be on a lender’s panel to act in a sale transaction.

Gifting property and Deeds of Gift
Whether to simplify your assets, pass on your wealth to your children or to minimise Inheritance Tax, gifting property is a serious decision. We can talk you through the legal and tax implications of giving property as a gift.
You may choose to give away your property for a variety of reasons, not least that you want to provide for a loved one (such as an adult child who may be struggling to get on the housing ladder). Lifetime gifting can also drastically reduce the amount of Inheritance Tax due on your estate after you die, allowing you to leave as much as possible to your loved ones.
Buying and Selling land
Whether you are a developer, investor, agricultural business owner, residential home owner or self-builder, let our specialist land conveyancing solicitors take care of your needs.
We represent clients from all backgrounds, from individual home owners looking to buy the slither of land at the end of their garden to large regional and national developers. Our commercial sensitivity and meticulous insight into the residential, commercial, and agricultural property markets make us the perfect legal professionals to assist with your land purchase.
Buy to let property

With 20% of households in the UK privately renting, buying to let can be a lucrative investment. However, unlike other investments, landlords also face onerous and challenging responsibilities, including the duty to maintain the property.
Rights of way, rights for utilities and other easements
If you’ve discovered an easement running through your property, you may be wondering who has access and who can pass over your land. There are a number of different types of easement, each of which allows for different usage of the land.
If you have access points or easements on your property and you’re not sure what rights you have to police access (either under public or private easement legislation) talk to someone in our Property team.
Time scale
Subject to the complexity of the matter, our residential Property team endeavours to complete your matter in 6 – 12 weeks from initial instructions. This may change depending on adverse search results, mortgage conditions or complications arising from enquiries. Please note, this is a non-exhaustive list, the caseworker dealing with you matter will make you aware of the anticipated time scale on a case-to-case basis.
